I don’t recommend this company. They are worse the Armark! All they care about is money and nothing else. I enrolled with them in the Will county area and the sales rep promised me a low monthly payment. Turns out they charge you weekly. When I negotiated with area manager they promised to update the billing. All lies. We had multiple invoice charged without receiving product and they refuse to credit us. Poor service and linen products. Sales rep only reply until you sign contract and then you’re all alone. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of them. Every week sometimes half or all of my linen is completely wrong from my order and all the delivery driver says is “let me come back” and never does. Pathetic service. Barely been a customer for 2 months and it’s near hell. Linen is all horrible condition. Anything from table cloths to napkins will have some sort of stain or bleach on them. Drivers take Halsted!! Really fast unload. In and out in 35 mins. Checked in at 0630 FCFS. Need a lot of space to make right on Halsted coming out, so be cautious.
Congratulations on winning the worst company reward on our list. You guys charge us randomly every month, no body answer phone calls, we are still being charged on someone's uniforms when the person isn't even here anymore! Worst management ever. 4200 S Halsted Location needs a entire new management team!
BUISNESS OWNERS STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!!! We signed up with this company a few months back, and have had issues ever since. The amount that we were supposed to pay is not the amount that we were promised that we would pay.
