If I could put negative stars I would, my experience with this company is by far the worst I have ever had with a uniform supply company from day one I was getting charged for someone else uniforms that I did not have or belong to my shop that took over a month to get the charge removed but never refunded after that I would get charged random loss charges and never get refunded. This Company has gone downhill this last year. We are a small business whose started their services 2 years ago. Our services were uniforms bathrooms and towels. They charge an "Easy Care" Fee for the care and maintenance of the uniforms which they will not repair or replace. The route driver has stopped servicing our restrooms or paper towel services and yet continues to charge us for the service. Our shop does not open until 9am but they kept trying to show up at 8am for servicing and then leave without completing the job.... read more

My driver is absolutely top notch, Vestis could not ask for a better Asset to their company, Tim is always over the top with his customer service, always willing to help in anyway he can. And he promotes Vestis and the products and Services they provide. Tim is a A++++ Delivery man. The World needs more People like him.
