Great & speedy customer service, have been easy to work with since the beginning (we have used their services since February 2024). They replace our torn clothes quickly with new ones & quick to answer any customer service questions such as billing questions. Our driver Bryan is great. He always makes sure to get us the linen we ordered will do a run back if we need more linen than expected. Bryan will go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our delivery guy (Harold) is great and makes sure we get what we need. The people in the plant are good as well, I just don't deal with them on a daily basis. Doug (the territory manager) makes sure to address any problems we have ASAP.
Excellent services. Route driver/delivery driver ( Harold ) is always on top of his duties in making sure that our linen demands are always met. Super friendly and very professional.
