Update: Now they’re trying to charge me $1,900 after I have moved out, claiming there was damage. I lived here for seven years, and every year management at my apartment said positive things and told me my apartment was the only one that stayed intact. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been waiting for my lease to end since my first month here. The walls are thin, I can hear my neighbors wake up at 6:00am sharp every day. And the neighbors are rude. There is a couple that sits on balcony and yells mean things at people passing by. Choose anywhere else

You'd think with the number of properties Concept manages that they would hire a landscape/snow removal service to properly take care of the grounds. Surprised no one has sued after slipping on the walkways and parking lots. Have lived here for over a year and they have yet to remove snow but one time and the eaves of all the buildings leak water creating an icy mess on the stairs and walkways. They have yet to fix any of the issues after putting in requests multiple times. Not to mention the scary playground, the trees also... read more

Currently live here and it is horrible. Here is the timeline of our events to most current issue happening today: Our move in date was moved three times. Move in day comes, I go to the apartment and they’re laying down the flooring and the apartment wasn’t clean. I ask the maintenance man if the gas was turned on, he said “yeah.” It was not. We spent the first night in freezing temps with a small space heater. Lots of parking issues, they refuse to tow abandoned vehicles. Very bad communication, was given no move in instructions and no confirmation after signing lease agreement, no instructions or communications to get the mail key, no move out instructions, and have yet to return our security deposit. Two weeks past legally required, we received our security deposit return and on top of “Unit Cleaning” we were charged for “Maintenance Turn Over/Remodeling”, which is something that isn’t legally allowed to be taken from security ... read more
