Quality and timely management staff When attempting to find apartments elsewhere there always seemed like there were purposeful omissions and things about the property hidden but I felt a great degree of transparency with the staff at Arbor Mill. BEWARE - Reviews must be paid or bots we loved this complex. Before the incessant construction, increase in fees, & intrusion of management into residents' living spaces, this was a gem. Affordable, well-located, with a thriving community feel. We were charmed by the stray cats, the Christmas lights & flamingos on people's porches, and the general vibe of suburban tranquility, nestled in trees, despite being minutes from one of the busiest intersections in the city.
