I recently visited Arbor Terrace Asheville and had a great experience. The community was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The team members I met were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to see residents engaged in activities and enjoying their day. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and would recommend visiting Arbor Terrace Asheville if you're exploring senior living options.

My aunt and mother have both lived at Arbor Terrace for almost a year. We are so very pleased with the conscientious staff and lovely environment. From careful medicine dispensing, to a lovely dining experience 3x's daily, to a range of festive, engaging activities, Arbor staff enfold residents in loving care. Highly recommend!!

I went on a tour of Arbor Terrace for my husband with dementia. The facilities are lovely, very homey. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Debra Campbell was incredible. She spent a lot of time with us even after it became apparent that the wait list was too long for our needs. Debra referred us to other facilities in the Asheville area. She talked to us about local resources for folks with Alzheimer'/dementia. She acted more like a social worker than an admissions person. My father did not have a positive experience at Arbor Terrace Asheville's memory care unit. He was evicted from the facility at 10 pm on a Sunday night. Their staff called me at 928 pm, I returned their call at 937 pm to learn that he had had a very bad day. Apparently three staff members forced him to shower earlier in the day, which cause extreme agitation.
