Fantastic auto shop! ARC did an amazing job bringing my beloved 1954 Belair back to life. She hadn't been driven in over 30 years and Austin and Jack did a ton of work repairing the engine and updating safety features for me, now she drives great! They were so friendly throughout the process and answered all my questions. The work was all fairly priced and I would definitely recommend this shop.
Austin and Jack have showed me incredible kindness, patience and flexibility when I have taken my car to ARC Motors! It is extremely evident how much they value their relationships with their clients--from diligent communication over the phone and email, fitting me in the same day when I've had car issues arise, to thoroughly walking me through their diagnosis or tips. 🐦⬛ The guys at ARC Motors took great care of my 66 Mustang! They gave the carburetor an ultrasonic sound bath and now she roars! both Austin and Jake took extra time to help me get to know my car and talk with me on the phone about things to keep an eye on and plan out my strategies for moving forward. 🚀
Austin and jack have single handedly kept my truck afloat for the last 6 years and I’m so grateful to them for that. Honestly the best mechanics I’ve ever had and is the only place I’d bring my vehicle. Just thrilled to find a local automotive repair that you know right away is interested in keeping you as a customer rather than maximizing a quick hit and not caring if they ever see you again. I’d searched for a month online for places near Ballard and repeatedly found either an equal number of negative reviews to positive reviews or long stretches of no reviews at all.
