Dr. Johnson's friendly manner really helps patients tackle the dreaded trip to the dentist. While you are still at the dentist, it's quite pleasant to be there.
Our family has been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 12 years and we have had nothing but great experiences. Reception is diligent, hygienists are friendly, the clinic is pristine, and Dr. Johnson is excellent at providing guidance for preventative care at home, planning and explaining procedures, and is a calming presence - especially for our children.
Very unprofessional practice. Zero regard for patient privacy. Everything said in the exam room could be clearly heard in the waiting area. Dr. J herself had a nasty demeanor & didn’t do a thorough job. Terrible!!
I have been going to Dr. Johnson for over 12 years. No More. I am now going to have to find another dentist. I see her twice a year. She informed me that I have a very large cavity in one of my molars. so large that I must get a root canal right away. And when I inquired about why the x-rays were not taken in the previous appointments that I had that would’ve indicated this before it got so bad. She claimed my insurance didn’t cover it. I recently moved to Olney and thought it would be nice to find a local dentist. When I saw online, Dr Archana's reviews seemed satisfactory, so I decided to join the 3 month long waitlist. In my mind I was like - wow she must be good, and hence the long waitlist.
