The office staff is awesome. My move was smooth and the apartments are huge with over 1500 sq ft. . I have a 3 bedroom and my son actually has one side of the apartment by himself. The kitchen is beautiful. They have real wood cabinets like I had in my home. ( attached photo). The appliances are good quality. The staff accommodates if you need a special request. I find the fees are outlandish and makes it very difficult on a single person who has no children to afford living there. Also, I believe not transferring a person who cannot afford a two bedroom and wishes to downsize to a 1 bedroom is wrong because if a person has lived there for 1 year and has paid their rent on time as well as keeping their apartment in very good condition should be allowed to transfer as a resident and not be told she/she has to start over as a new tenant. The only things that I have problems with this place is a number one. The parking the parking is terrible. You can never find a Parking Pl., #2 is the pool issue there are people after when the pool closes that they stay out there till 2 o’clock in the morning just hoop it and hollering, knowing that there are people that are trying to go to sleep, and they will not go to bed and nothing is done about it a number three is there is no friendly people ever in this place that you can make friends or say hey to cause everybody a... read more
The maintenance team are very good and they assess and resolve issues in a timely manner. Might I add, the leasing team are very professional, friendly, and care about the community and needs of the residents.
Great place to live at. Clean property. Management is great. They are very friendly and professional. They make things happen when something needs to be addressed. Thanks, for making this a great place to live!
