Lived here for 4 years and recently moved just before the shooting incident at the pool area. It used to be nice but has really gone downhill. They rent to bad elements here, dog poop everywhere and no matter what, you will not get your deposit back with bs charges. Gates dont work and breezways constantly smell like weed. The kids here run around with no supervision and trash the place, damage cars and constantly yell and scream. Carwash non functioning, fireplace doesn't work. Our maintenance technician, Robert, was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and kept everything clean while he worked. Most importantly, he got our air conditioning running again incredibly fast. We had to call after hours with it being 85° in the apartment and three kids at home, so it was a stressful situation—but he showed up quicker than I could have imagined and even beat me there. Really appreciate the fast response and quality work. Highly recommend!
The office has a whole new staff and everyone seems great. I toured with Alycia today and she told me about essential living. I didn’t think I could afford such a nice community but they offer rates for everyone’s budget. Big plus the apartments are huge!
Parking is a major issue here besides management and maintenance. The maintenace is poor and they talk too loud and are rude. Can't find any decent parking and I'm on a top level. Management wipes their hands of complaints and I can hear people late at night partying at the pool late at night. Plenty of other places will treat you with Southern Hospitality. The gated thing is really a look.
Really nice apartments, location is great! The staff members I encountered were super friendly. If your looking for affordable but nice I would recommend you stopping in.
