Own two sofas and two chairs. Quality and durability are not good, especially at this price point. Customer service is... a joke (E.g. they couldn't find my orders in the system, they couldn't tell me the sofa hanger screw size, etc.). There are so many better choices out there at their price point that offer greater quality and competent customer service. To add insult to injury, Arhaus posts a lame response to my online review. Best experience ever. Arhaus is my go-to home decor store. The furniture speaks for itself but the service is even more impressive! Margaret at the Washington township location is such a sweet and helpful sales associate! She is always available to answer any questions I have and is so easy to work with. I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping at this store. High quality beautiful pieces and excellent deliveries! I won’t go anywhere else!
All of my experiences at the Dayton Arhaus have been excellent. I have had the privilege of working with Margaret on several occasions and have always appreciated the quality of customer service. Because of this I’ve recommended others who say they couldn’t be happier. Stop in sometime and see for yourself. The manger is friendy and a great listener to support you with any questions or needs you may have.
I would like to start out by saying the employees here are incredibly kind. Rose and the other staff have been incredibly friendly. However, the quality of the furniture isn't up to par for the price. We had 6 (no exaggeration) coffee tables delivered and every single one of them did not have a smooth finish (see picture below). There were marks and gouges all over every single one of them. That's 6 times I had to leave work to be home to receive a table. Think about all the PTO.
