Ordered and paid for $1,000 coffee table. Delivery truck didn’t even bring it into house, as it was broken. Have called Somerset store 4 times over 3 weeks to reorder (no one took initiative to contact us to resolve this) with the promise to get a call back from manager to help replace it. No call back yet. Still no table. Very disappointed in lack of customer service. #customerservice #arhaus
