I purchased a dining table that seats 10 people, 4 high back dining chairs, a sofa sette that sits at my dining room table on one side, a hand made rug for my dining room, a mirrored buffet, mirrored night stand, 2 lamps with a mirrored accent, a 6 ft tall tall upholstered bed for my Master Bedroom and a iron bed for my extra bedroom. Arhaus Tyson’s Corner sales associate, Patti gave us excellent customer service! I highly recommend her, she is a great asset to Arhaus. We were originally planning on getting our dinning chairs from Room & Board but we changed our minds because she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, when we needed it.
We bought the Lawrence media unit for $5364. The unit was defective when it arrived. They sent a second unit several weeks later which was also defective. For a luxury furnishing store, their customer service is appalling. I have sent them photographs of the defects, and their excuse is that it is a manufacturer's defect. I am buying the product from Arhaus, not from the manufacturer. They offered me a $100 discount on a $5364 unit. I asked to return the product, and they won't even give me the full money back. When we moved in to our house, we decided it was time to get nice bedroom furniture. We splurged on a set from Arhaus that we planned on having forever. I regret that decision. We have had four drawer glides break. The last one broke on Thanksgiving weekend. I have called the Arhaus concierge a dozen times since then. They “don’t have any replacements in stock.” They probably ran out sending them to all the other people that bought this set. I keep hearing “we’ll have them next month” for the last three months!!! Horrible customer service. I've been trying to get a replacement cover for a chair for over 3 months and nothing. Not worth the money to have customer service this terrible.
