Avoid this place! quality of the furniture is terrible.
So far our experience with Arhaus has been less than mediocre. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for what we thought was going to be high quality and amazing customer service. We picked out a stock fabric because we needed the couches quickly. We also asked for no down or down alternative because I am highly allergic to feathers. Our couches got delayed because they over sold the fabric.. but we only found that out by following up myself.
