Product quality is terrible. Couch back fabric sags. We had one couch replaced due to ripples and exposed staples. Second couch came w brackets installed backwards. Just terrible. $5k+ and we can't wait to replace it.
The store is beautiful but the quality of the products and customer service is awful! I ordered a $1,400 picture that looks like a framed poster and they are not willing to take it back after a customer service rep communicated that they would. I also ordered a fire pit table that is of poor quality. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
