We visited the Arhaus store in the Woodlands back in May and fell in love with all of the furniture. Paula was the sales person that showed us around. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We came back the next day and Paula really went out of her way and helped us with the selection of our furniture and with the credit application process. The absolute worst delivery I have ever experienced. Every single order we’ve placed with Arhaus has never arrived on time. Not sure if their 3rd party delivery company is the problem or them but it is ridiculous. The verbal delivery time frame is never correct. After waiting a month past our quoted time frame and speaking with the not so helpful manager, we cancelled our order. Gorgeous furniture but not worth the headache of delivery.
