I wish I've read reviews before spending thousands of dollars at this company. Received dinning room table, totally wrong color than we ordered. No one replying g to emails or answering phone!!!
I have nothing good to say about this store or the person we were working with, Chris. We ordered a bunch of furniture including a coffee table, side tables, office desk, dining room table chairs last August. We paid in cash close to 15,000. Our furniture just got delivered today & there is a huge nic/ scratch/ damage done to our coffee table. Arhaus is a rip-off. $200.00 for delivery for only 3 dining chairs. $200.00 to return after 6 hours from delivery.
I purchased furniture in early January to be delivered to my new home in Austin, Tx. I requested a delivery date of April 12. I was told that would be no problem as the table I ordered (along with 2 sofas and 6 chairs) would be in by mid March at the latest. I was happy with this situation. I made plans to fly to Austin to be there for the delivery date of April 12. I was assured this was a definite date. Place is terrible. Had delivery issues and I have given them many chances to resolve with no resolution. They don’t call back or respond to emails, it’s odd. Lots of better choices in the area, I’d say go anywhere else.
