Great store location at Levis Commons in Perrysburg and the sales consultant, Jon Smith was a big help today picking out our dining room set. Can't wait to get it in a week!

The customer service has been horrible. The store consultant and manager keep saying they’re on my side but then state there is nothing they can do. I started out excited to be getting Arhaus furniture. We have spent quite a lot of money.. thousands and yet now I’m completely frustrated and just want my money back. One of the things we purchased was an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and a bench. I bought a sofa and 9 months later the fabric started to pill horribly. I contacted the store and was told that this was considered wear and tear and was not covered under the 1 year warranty. There are two people in my house (no kids) and the sofa doesn’t even get used on a daily basis. How much wear and tear can there be in 9 months? This was my first time purchasing furniture from Arhaus and I will not do it again. So disappointing.
