The customer service has been horrible. The store consultant and manager keep saying they’re on my side but then state there is nothing they can do. I bought a sofa and 9 months later the fabric started to pill horribly. I contacted the store and was told that this was considered wear and tear and was not covered under the 1 year warranty. There are two people in my house (no kids) and the sofa doesn’t even get used on a daily basis. How much wear and tear can there be in 9 months? This was my first time purchasing furniture from Arhaus and I will not do it again. So disappointing.
