The sales staff is good (Hazel) while your in the store and the furniture is great quality. Hazel never bothered to call us with the multiple delays, I had to keep chasing the information. once you leave the showroom it takes months longer to deliver. My main complaint is no one calls you, no customer service to give you notice it is delayed and delayed and delayed!!! I received the Merle chairs and table set in three different colors. First they argued that this is normal, then they told me that I have to pay restocking fee. I fought back till they had no choice but to take it back. The set is still with me as they have not been able to get it picked up. The story doesn’t end here. I then received the Veda sofa set. Worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Bought a $6000 media cabinet, arrived after 2 months - it was damaged. They offered to replace it - took another 6 weeks -was still damaged. They said it was a manufacturer's defect and offered to take back the piece for full refund. It has taken me multiple calls to get the full refund - they tried to tell me that it was my preference to return it, hence I cannot get a full refund.
