Low end quality furniture at High end prices, they don't stand behind any of there furniture and there Customer concierge team is a joke, they have yet to resolve a dispute I've had over the Lansbury sectional, in gunsmoke, the fabric pills over the entire sectional and becomes discolored and worn looking after a few months of use. I agree with others. Horrific customer service. Ordered an expensive armoire over 6 weeks ago. Zero communication about delivery! I have had to call twice and still have no idea when I am getting it- it's now with a 3rd party delivery service. One customer rep told me she would transfer my call if I "wanted to take it up with them". Never ever will I order again. If you can't pick it up at the store don't bother!!
