I guess I’ll add to all the negative reviews about Arhaus as a company and this store. This furniture is not cheap and if you choose to buy, be prepared to be waiting for furniture you’ve paid for, for a long time. Could be up to an extra 4 weeks for delivery on top of “manufacturing time”, which will not be mentioned and even lied about. Anna, the manager I talked to, was very condescending. Arhaus - Furniture store - Edina Mn - Buyer Beware. August 2017, ordered several pieces of furniture, including a custom chair and 2 custom sofas (74" length & 46" depth and 94" length & 46" depth. November 2017 rec'd damage chair with tags removed, rec'd both sofas 2"+ shorter in length and depth, one sofa has tags for Crate and Barrel, the other Arhaus, very odd. Anyone else have problems getting damaged items replaced? After 2 months of calls, the store still has no idea if or when our replacement piece will be ordered or delivered. Talked with the store manager 3 times now and still no resolution. 2 recos: either spend your dollars elsewhere or if you have damaged items delivered, reject the entire shipment. Evidently they don't care so much about customer satisfaction. Sadly disappointed.
