RecommendedFrom the moment I entered, I was treated with the utmost respect and was given the space to browse. Genevieve approached me and got a feel for who I was and what my interests were also. I gave her a few details and she went from there, showing me this extremely lovely bed. She offered me a brochure and even did a printout with the color I would like the bed to come in! Definitely plan to do business with them very soon. Service and quality are EVERYTHING to me and this establishment hit each mark!
Know your product and be upfront about the "Non Negotiable Fee" You can keep your furniture! we will Never go to this store again. I'll spend $3,000.00 elsewhere. But of course Arhaus could not care less.
I have had a very bad experience with this store. I ordered a Taylor sofa last spring and paid extra $200 to get firmer cushions.I pad almost $2000 total for a sofa. They delivered the sofa in July and the cushions are already sagging. I went to the store last week to complain and they said that I will have to call customer service number or email them, store staff can not help with this issue. I called that number and was on hold for 20 minutes then finally hung up and sent them an email with pictures a week ago and haven't... read more
This WAS one of my favorite stores and planned to purchase my bedroom set there. But after the lack of professionalism failure to communicate And total complete lack of assistance they are to be avoided at all costs. I reached out to the corporate office as my experience was so utterly horrendous and after initial response no follow up guess they could care less!!�
