Love the layout and display at Arhaus. The repurposed designs and creative approach leave inspiration to anyone who walks through their doors. The friendly staff made us feel right a home. Great place for Jacksonville shoppers to go for decor inspiration with reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service experience!!!Purchased our bedroom and family room furniture a few years ago while we were building and had to wait almost a year for the items and this was a few years before Covid so no excuses regarding delays during that time. Ordered furniture back in March and have been paying every month since the transaction. Half the furniture delivered end of October. Marble top arrived broken. Got a new one a week later. Now that the sofa is ready to ship they charged me a second delivery fee. Unhappy with the store I have spent so much money at. I will call in the morning to find out why my balance jumped more than what I was supposed to pay. I do not recommend this store. As others have stated, the wait for orders is insane. We canceled our order, but now dealing with non-existent customer service. Read reviews thoroughly and avoid this place.
Customer service is terrible. After ordering 9 months ago, our shipment was delivered incomplete and damaged. It took 3 attempts to deliver a bed that was not damaged. Our nightstand was damaged and discontinued. Can't get a callback or any information on why my credit card has not been refunded for the nightstand that was never delivered.
