We made the mistake of spending nearly 17k on furniture for our new home from Arhaus in Brookfield. You'd expect a company that is charging exorbitant prices for furniture to be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. They don't invest in their processes, and it's clear they don't outsource logistics and warranty services to the right companies (probably the cheapest). Horrible customer service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction
If there were a star less than one I would rate Arhaus with that. The customer service is beyond terrible, there is a lack of communication, and nothing has been timely. We purchased outdoor furniture in June and the product was delivered in the incorrect color, after waiting close to 10 weeks for delivery. They attempted to deliver the correct product, again after waiting far longer than the standard 8-10 weeks, and it arrived in the incorrect size. Sixteen weeks after ordering a sectional and chair we still do not have our furniture and the manager at the store won't return our calls to find out why not.
DO NOT WORK WITH BORIS. Do not shop at this store unless you want a nightmare. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and I mean every word of that. FIRST and foremost it's important for you to know that in the "fine print" they reserve the right to alter your custom order without asking you, without telling you and as they deem fit. The furniture looks great and so are the designers. That’s where it ends no communication between delivery service and corporate .We got the Bauman media console which was delivered defective . 2 months later we still did not get the piece .Finally had to just save time and sanity and ask them to take their furniture back . This store is not ready . Don’t buy anything from them unless you can carry it out of the store with you .I found other negative google reviews with a similar experience.
