Arhaus is a classy place, specializing in high-end furniture and accessories. Gorgeous leather couches, chairs all available in custom materials. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy & very professional. Because of supply chain problems, lead times are very long so set your expectations accordingly. Be aware, this is an expensive store. Products are VERY high quality.

Average purchasing experience. While we are happy with the quality and design of our piece, it become inherently frustrating trying to manage the delivery and fix the quality issues. Our piece was delayed an additional 3-4 weeks without any notice or contact from Arhaus. I had to be the one to inquire, and was then told there was a quality issue and that we would need to wait ANOTHER 2-3 months. We were hesitant to purchase through Arhaus after reading all the horrible reviews. However, we truly loved the sectional, we couldn’t find one we liked as much, and most of the negative reviews were regarding the additional warranty plan. So we took our chances and made the purchase. Our sales lady was Awesome! She wasn’t pushy. Had a great recommendations for fabrics and had me out of the store in no time. Just so disappointed in Arhaus. A few years back, I purchased a sectional from them and loved it. It's on the more expensive side, but you expect good customer service and quality furniture for the price. This year, I purchased a similar SIX piece sectional that was on sale. It was a good price and I was stoked. When they delivered it....only THREE pieces of the sectional were delivered. I purchased a desk and large bookcase in January and it took 3 attempts to deliver furniture in good condition. After attempting a repair initially on the desk that didn’t work, they ordered a replacement and that arrived with quality issues and was returned and replaced. When the first repair was made I could tell that the furniture was not wood at all, the stain used didn’t take or actually stay on the furniture and it was actually white where color was removed.
