We LOVE all the unique pieces at this store. We worked with Erika Stein. She was so dedicated and attentive to understanding our style. She helped design our living room, kitchen, office, and entryway, the rooms flow together beautifully. We get so many compliments on our furniture!!! The delivery was a breeze, the team was cautious within in my house, we had no issues.
I have worked with Ciera Becker a few times now and she is super friendly and helpful! She helped with my recent purchase of a rug for my living room and just now with some accessories (pillow, Sherpa throw and a throwbed). The rug matches my Kipton couch perfectly and the delivery experience was great. I will continue to look for her for future purchases as I really enjoy working with her!
We worked with Erika S to find a new dining room table and side buffet. A few days later we decided we wanted to add chairs. She was able to put the order together over the phone for the chairs we liked and was able to get a better discount. While the price is higher than we normally spend, we realize this will be our last dining room set and saw it as more of an investment. Delivery team was great.
Arhaus is a classy place, specializing in high-end furniture and accessories. Gorgeous leather couches, chairs all available in custom materials. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy & very professional. Because of supply chain problems, lead times are very long so set your expectations accordingly. Be aware, this is an expensive store. Products are VERY high quality.
I bought a floor sample chair less than a year ago and the sale price was 1200.00 it has completely fallen apart we have tried to re screw it and fix it but it just falls apart! Contacted the store they pretty much said nothing they could do and contacted corporate says nothing they could do! I will never purchase another thing from this co. This is unacceptable customer service and garbage furniture!
