She worked diligently to help with a major purchase, and even came out to measure and bring fabric samples and suggested furniture placement, colors, and wall art. Trudy there was also helpful by emailing images of different pieces together. I highly recommend the these ladies. One other thing, please check to ensure the online pricing is the same as in store. They will make sure you have the lowest possible price. Great experience.
Having been in the higher end wood finishing industry for years, I can say that the level of attention to detail in the table is not very good. This is the 3rd one we were given since the 1st 2 were flawed. The table looks very nice other than the fact that one of the boards is significantly lighter than the ones on either side of it. The previous table we rejected had the same issue that we complained about and had a significant chip in the top. Beautiful things in this store but just too pricey. A rug in there would be the cost of a down payment on a car. If you can swing it and you live the life of luxury, then you can own some gorgeous things. Just not for me.
Love the furniture (except the broken desk still not repaired/replaced after 5 attempts) but the service, while great in the store, left a lot to be desired. The entertainment center they delivered was great - except they left all the shelves in a pile on the floor. When I went to install them myself, 2 of the cabinets didnt accommodate them - I had to call them back out and they basically had to partially destroy one of them to get it to fit - only to find out there indeed were multiple sizes despite nobody knowing this.
