I am so thrilled with the level of service and patience here! Annette was so helpful throughout my entire (lengthy) decision making process as I wanted a custom made couch! I probably sat on every single couch and wanted to look at every fabric swatch but she was right there to help the entire way, as was the entire staff! This is a great place, with very high end furniture, that is made to last. The staff make you feel at home and are helpful throughout the process! Looking forward to our PERFECT new couch! �
I had great service on day 1 - some problems with a few deliveries, and it did take some time to resolve, but after all was said and done, Arhaus corporate really made things right. Nothing big - human error(s) really, and the bottom line is the furniture is something we truly love and thats what matters. Thanks for seeing it through, Arhaus!
