A recent experience with a “Designer” (Missy) and Assistant Manager (Jonathan) was by far the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. For starters, what I experienced with the “Designer” was nothing short of bait & switch to obtain a sale. I was falsely informed that my delivery to the CLT hub would be on 7/15 and it would take 5-10 business days for the delivery to my home. Arhaus is one of my fav . I love their style . I have purchased several pieces of furniture from them and have not been disappointed. The designers are wonderful to work with . I worked with Barbara & Michael .
Sarah is awesome. Sarah's talent & willingness to help see your vision is unreal. She randomly spent almost 5 hrs with me on a Sunday, until after close to help. They aren't pretentious or arrogant, which in the high-end design world is very rare. She pulled together the vibes/ emotions I wanted to convey & easily put it into awesome furniture & decor. The Jacob dinning table is a fraud. It’s NOT natural wood but they sell it as it is. Arhaus High end luxury furniture is NOT. Their customer service had the nerve to say this is the woods natural patina. The acrylic frosty material is natural wood to them. What a joke! Don’t even bother chatting online to them their customer service just ends your call without warning. Bad experience all around.
Update - their team apparently has the time to respond to bad Google reviews, but their customer dept STILL HASNT EMAILED ME BACK. I guess we know their priorities. Great products, terrible customer service. A product I ordered online was lost in transit by the carrier, the customer service team apparently doesn't think it's important to return phone calls or emails. In short, shop somewhere else.
