I had a great experience with this store! I came in looking for a couch and bed and that’s just what we left with. Natalie helped us find both in one visit. She was knowledgeable on the different fabric options available with an eye for design and was a great point of contact while we we’re waiting for the furniture to arrive😊 Highly recommend stopping by the store if you are in the market for good quality furniture!
Arhaus is a top notch store with the most beautiful updated designs in furniture and accessories for all your indoor and outdoor spaces. I love all the items I’ve gotten and the sales people are very knowledgeable and attentive. Always a great experience!
Terrible Service post sale. Bought 2 Armless motion recliners which have been great but when I needed a part (the button control for reclining) that was damaged by movers, I couldn't get the help needed. I called twice talking with two different customer service folks, sent pictures, got a case number and was assured that someone would get back to me. No one did. Crickets. A few months ago, a friend and I visited Arhaus out of curiosity, interested in seeing the furniture they had to offer. Almost immediately, we noticed a white security guard following us through the store. This made us feel uncomfortable, as it felt like we were being racially profiled. Given that it's a furniture store, it’s hard to imagine what they thought we might try to steal, or even could steal. Sarah is awesome. Sarah's talent & willingness to help see your vision is unreal. She randomly spent almost 5 hrs with me on a Sunday, until after close to help. They aren't pretentious or arrogant, which in the high-end design world is very rare. She pulled together the vibes/ emotions I wanted to convey & easily put it into awesome furniture & decor.
