Gwen and Kristian were fantastic from start to finish. The white glove service from the delivery guys is a MUST HAVE. Everything arrived within a month despite the global supply chain shortage. One of the cabinets was slightly damaged, I called and they had the replacement arrive within 2 weeks. Clear communication the whole time.
David and Mike did an excellent job delivering and assembling our new furniture. They were on time, polite, professional, wore shoe covers, masks, and overall very friendly people. They also rolled out rugs to ensure the floor didn’t get scratched. The furniture is beautiful!!! See for yourself!
Arrogant and rude staff. We went in looking for furniture for our new house. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. They just stared at us while we walked around the store making it very uncomfortable. We were looking at a couch and actually got scolded for touching it by one of the sales associates because it was "electronic". We immediately left because we felt so unwelcome in there.
