Working with Arhaus Nashville has been an amazing experience! We spend around $13,000 for leather sofa and also bought worry free warranty. Like any other furniture store they will deny you. I have warranty for 5 years. But in 2 years I have been told its normal wear and tear which is falling of Botton and scraping of leather. I don't know why they call it worry free if this is how warranties work. basically they give it to third party and they deny it, because it's all about money. Better buy furniture from Costco I guess. I am just disappointed and wasted money, which is a lot.
David and Mike did an excellent job delivering and assembling our new furniture. They were on time, polite, professional, wore shoe covers, masks, and overall very friendly people. They also rolled out rugs to ensure the floor didn’t get scratched. The furniture is beautiful!!! See for yourself!
I would not recommend this store in the market for high end home furnishings. I initially bought from a salesperson that isn’t there anymore only to have a damaged piece delivered. After the headache or return and refund they have picked my piece and refunded me and called from corporate a few days ago to see when they could schedule pick up. It never ends. The manager at this location is particularly condescending and I would not recommend shopping here at all.
