I am extremly disappointment at my experience at the Arhaus store today. During the shopping process, I encountered an unprofessional attitude and signs of racism from an employee of your. The employee ignores me, shows a disrespectful attitude, prioritizes serving other customers with a different appearance. Especially, That employee had an aggressive attitude and behaved rudely to my children. David and Mike did an excellent job delivering and assembling our new furniture. They were on time, polite, professional, wore shoe covers, masks, and overall very friendly people. They also rolled out rugs to ensure the floor didn’t get scratched. The furniture is beautiful!!! See for yourself!
Working with Arhaus Nashville has been an amazing experience! After buying our home and needing to furnish it, we decided on a few items we wanted from Arhaus and took them up on their offer for an in house visit with a design consultant. Izzy came out and gave us so many awesome ideas. Gwen and Kristian were fantastic from start to finish. The white glove service from the delivery guys is a MUST HAVE. Everything arrived within a month despite the global supply chain shortage. One of the cabinets was slightly damaged, I called and they had the replacement arrive within 2 weeks. Clear communication the whole time.
