I bought the Harlin sconce in September and it was just professionally installed as part of a whole house renovation. While the alabaster shade is beautiful, the fixture is crooked. And it has nothing to do with the installation. The bulb base was not welded on straight, which makes the shade crooked. Not good for a fixture that cost almost $500. What’s frustrating in situations like these is that it’s not possible to discover the crookedness until the fixture is installed. So now what do we do?

We can’t say enough great things about Zoe at Arhaus! From the moment we walked in and was greeted, she helped us with selecting our furniture. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right pieces for our home. She knows the products inside and out and has worked with us on our order for several weeks and still gave us helpful suggestions without being pushy. I’ve visited Arhaus in Green Hills several times over the last few months, as we completed our home renovation, and were looking for furnishings. Always have a great experience here… All the staff are wonderful to deal with; Hannah in particular is super talented, has given great recommendations throughout, and first-class customer service.
Our experience with Hannah at the Nashville showroom was truly outstanding. She helped us pick out a couch after spending time reviewing the other furniture in our family room. She was creative and very honest. Will definitely find her again if we need more furniture!
