Ordered sectional in November of 2021… waited for months and months and months and months for it to arrive. I would continue to proactively follow up (nothing from Arhaus as far as updates) and was constantly told another few weeks, a new estimated date etc. I finally received the sectional this weekend and it isn’t correct. The store ordered the wrong size. Beware when you buy furniture from Arhaus. As customers we are told that our heirloom purchases come with a guaranteed repair service. This is an absolute lie. My entertainment center collapsed on its own and now there's nowhere to take it for repair. They gave me a number to call...to get the "run around" and after that they will ghost you. The number they give you to call will tell you that they don't service your area. Disappointed.
I am not happy with Arhaus customer service. (concierge) Purchased an item on 12 mos terms, no interest. Always a great deal right? Apparently my purchase agreement states that terms begin at purchase, although I did wait for a statement to follow. (to have an invoice to pay from) At this time I was already 2 months behind.
