In a world where buying and the delivery of furniture tends to be a frustrating experience,  Arhaus (Tampa) has exceeded my expectations. Melissa Dunn was extremely helpful with furniture selection. She was honest and mindful of my budget. She went out of her way to ensure I had a positive experience. The delivery aspect was equally as impressive. I won’t RECOMMEND. I had the longest search ever to find a living room set, and we found one set in this store. Although the service is great, I would say the sofa quality per their price point is the worst. I ended waiting for a 98” sofa almost 5 month, and when I finally got it, it was ~92” long, they offered to send another, and then I waited another 3 month to get the new one. Bernette is the best. We did FaceTime videos of the rooms that need furnished and she recommended items that will work for my space. She follows up and sends me new items she thinks I might like. We have become friends now. Thanks Arhaus!

My mom ordered a dining table from Arhuas over 12 weeks ago and it finally was delivered and the table was defective. The top wouldn’t screw onto the base. The delivery team took it back and she called customer service and they told her it would be September before they could get her a new one. I am so very happy with my beautiful KIRSTEN NONA LINEN stools! I had been shopping for stylish but comfortable stools for well over a year and between Pottery Barn, West Elm, Anthropologie, Target, World Market, 1st Bids and everything in between, I couldn't find anything I loved that was also comfortable and didn't have a several month wait for deliver.
