Furniture has consistently arrived damaged. Sofa took 4 months to arrive and was delivered today and was ripped. Chair was delivered over a month ago- still waiting for replacement- and was also ripped. Not sure what is happening but Arhaus used to have amazing pieces and we had never experienced this poor quality before. Sales person Michelle is always nice and delivery team was great. After spending over $15,000 at Arhaus ($5,400 bed, $5,400 dresser, and $6,200 nightstands), I expected luxury furniture backed by luxury customer service. What we received was the exact opposite. We received an email confirming that all of our furniture would be delivered to our new home. Delivery day arrived, and the truck showed up with only the bed and dresser. In a world where buying and the delivery of furniture tends to be a frustrating experience,  Arhaus (Tampa) has exceeded my expectations. Melissa Dunn was extremely helpful with furniture selection. She was honest and mindful of my budget. She went out of her way to ensure I had a positive experience. The delivery aspect was equally as impressive. I’m obsessed. Always love the way they style their showroom. My favorite part is the back of the store where they have like the cool Mediterranean looking features with a entrance wall and a big fireplace. Love that space they have some great offers this season

This isn't about the store, but it's about something worse. The people at the warehouse in Tampa who prepare the deliveries are playing games with their drivers' work, and Arhaus has to deal with that. Just because they have subcontracted companies to deliver their items doesn't give them the right to mistreat them, much less demand things outside of what's stipulated in the contract. Because then they're not subcontractors; they're employees and deserve all the benefits. Check who's preparing the routes at the warehouse. I ... read more
