I can't say enough great things about Arhaus in Salem. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly! They have a great selection of products in store, and they don't mind moving around furniture to help give a better idea of how something looks together! Leslie has been a huge blessing! Excellent experience shopping for dining room table and chairs at the Tuscan Village location. Was helped by incredibly professional and knowledgeable sales person, Betsy M. Would highly recommend working with her. In addition, when third-party delivery service was not offering me delivery date I needed, she intervened on her day off and made the delivery situation work for me! Really pleased with the whole experience!
We are extremely happy with all our Arhaus purchases. The service we received from Jackie Needles in Miramar Beach, FL & Rachel Hazelwood in Salem, NH was what we needed to see how everything would look in our space. Thanks to all who helped us achieve our dream in Iowa! Only wish shipping charges to our location were more reasonable.
OK, so I know I have written a 5-star review for Arhaus - Tuscan Village before but it goes a very very very long way when a business continues to go above and beyond for their customers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.! Not only is the quality of every piece we have purchased the best quality but the customer service will keep us coming back. Keep on setting the standard Arhaus, so impressed!
The folks in the Salem NH store are amazing! Terri assisted in the overall selection and design, she nailed it! Betsy, our salesperson was on top of the order and delivery. David, the Store Manager was always so pleasant. Fabulous experience, furniture is beautiful! Recommend you check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
