A disappointing experience that contradicts Arhaus’s brand values. We have been customer's of Arhaus for sometime, but cannot get over the personalized service Steven and Rana provide at the Short Hills location. We recently placed a larger order and the communication and thoughtfulness from both Steven and Rana is unparalleled. I cannot recommend Arhaus furniture or their top notch designers and associates enough. We now stop by Arhaus every time we are in the mall just to say hello and quickly catch-up.
Worked with the Arhaus in Short Hills Mall, NJ this past spring. It was a very positive experience - both in terms of sales and design help, delivery and quality of furniture. Specifically, Steve and Rana were FANTASTIC. Our goal was to re-do both a primary bedroom and a great or living room. Ordered a full dining room set in April, table and chairs arrived damaged in November and the buffet arrived flawed a few weeks later. After dealing with customer service transferring me to a number of departments, finally ordered replacements and 2 months later we got another damaged table and buffet. The table base is cracked again and the buffet was cracked in a spot that looks like it was repaired from previous damage not to mention a spider nest was on the bottom.
