Valeria Mentor, at the Princeton location, was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and responsive. Valeria gave us great advice when considering the size and height of the chandelier we purchased.
Valeria was wonderful. She wasn't irritated that we were coming in close to closing. She made a point of asking questions and made certain that we sat in the chairs and on the sofas to find which worked best for us. We came in to do a lighting return and because of her positive, professional attitude we wound up purchasing a sofa. I had the most wonderful experience with Arhaus in Princeton. I had seen an item online that I wanted to purchase for my daughter in Chicago, I live in NY. When I had gone back onto the website, it was no longer in stock. I proceeded to call 2 stores in NY and 2 stores in Chicago but none had the item in stock. We’ve purchased quite a few pieces from Arhaus and while it is a bit overpriced, the quality is there for sure. The design aesthetic in most Ahaus stores is neutrals but there are some color options available in custom pieces. The store has a calming ambiance with plenty of natural accents. The store is quite small, though, so not a lot to see, but walking through will give prospective buyers a sense of what to expect from Arhaus.
