As a new homeowner, I knew I wanted 2 living room chairs but had no preconceived idea of what I was looking for. We bought a dining room table with extensions, chairs for the table and an upholstered chair. Meredith, salesperson, was helpful and thorough in responding to my style preferences and questions. She always went the extra mile making sure I had photos of the furniture and color swatches of fabrics so I could make optimal decision regarding fit in our house. Arhaus sells quality. furniture - we also appreciated being able to take advantage of a storewide sale.
I love this store. They always have such unique pieces and I get so excited when it comes to shopping at this store. I have several items and I have had the pleasure of working with someone named Valerie. I have such a distinctive piece that I am able to display in my entry way! One of my relatives damaged one of my ARHAUS items, and please believe I died inside. They said, just go buy another one, to which I told them I can't!! Needless to say, I adore their pieces.
While the furniture is unique and beautiful, it really is the customer service treat is behind my 5 star rating. Meredith and Michelle genuinely care about their customers design needs as well as ensure the exceptional quality of the product is met.
