Awful quality furniture. We bought a $5,500 sofa and have had multiple problems with it. We even purchased the extended warranty service. We file three separate claims and all claimed were denied for some reason or another. Their warranty is completely useless and the quality is awful. Stuff looks nice in the showroom. Should have known it was made in china garbage. Don’t waste your money. Arhaus, if you want to make things right, I’ll take this review down.
The furniture looks great , however they use low quality materials. After a few years our couch started sagging and looks terrible. I had warranty and they came and fixed it and it made it worse. I would never shop from here. The couch has basically no shape and looks worse than a dorm room couch. Highly overpriced and low quality does not add up. 07/03 Followed up the the email from the store . They are totally unresponsive and ignored my multiple requests for addressing the issue

We’ve purchased quite a few pieces from Arhaus and while it is a bit overpriced, the quality is there for sure. The design aesthetic in most Ahaus stores is neutrals but there are some color options available in custom pieces. The store has a calming ambiance with plenty of natural accents. The store is quite small, though, so not a lot to see, but walking through will give prospective buyers a sense of what to expect from Arhaus.
came in with my fiance trying to find a bedroom set. we received absolutely no help from anyone, 3 of the sales associates were on their phones while one was occupied with another guest. pretty disappointed considering the glowing reviews we saw on google.
