We had such a positive experience with our recent Arhaus purchase. Jules, our sales lead in White Plains was terrific and extremely patient with us as we were making decisions on sofas and dining room chairs. The designer we worked with, Arturo, was incredibly helpful — had a great eye, understood what we wanted and laid out a great schematic for us. We are so grateful for our experience with Arhaus—it truly exceeded every expectation! Joey was an excellent listener and made sure to pair us with a designer that fit our needs. I called Arhaus in the Westchester asking for help and guidance to redecorate my house. I was introduced to Arturo Veloira (an Arhaus designer) and we ended up buying the most beautiful chandelier, sconces, art, accessories and rugs for our home.
