We had such a positive experience with our recent Arhaus purchase. Jules, our sales lead in White Plains was terrific and extremely patient with us as we were making decisions on sofas and dining room chairs. The designer we worked with, Arturo, was incredibly helpful — had a great eye, understood what we wanted and laid out a great schematic for us. When the furniture was delivered he was able to get on a quick video call and help make sure everything was laid out correctly. Can’t recommend him enough!! Overall an amazi... read more
Got kicked out for being 19. I never write reviews But the experience I had at Arhaus was the worst experience I have had inside of any store ever. Im 19 and so are my 2 friends, We were shopping at the mall and decided to go into arhaus. Some older lady came over and tried to kick us out telling us that we were not real customers and to “come back with our parents.” which she then laughed and said “I would love to see them.” The three of us all being extremely offended went over to talk to the manager. We are so grateful for our experience with Arhaus—it truly exceeded every expectation! Joey was an excellent listener and made sure to pair us with a designer that fit our needs. Their first plan was nearly perfect—we only made small tweaks before moving forward. Arturo was present through install, making the process stress-free. Toge... read more

Arturo came to my house, took pictures, measurements and spoke to me about my vision for the house. Our second meeting was in Arhaus at The Westchester Mall (a gorgeous store). Over there he presented me with several options for my house based on my vision. They were perfectly curat... read more
I had such a wonderful experience at this furniture store! The selection is beautiful, with pieces that are both stylish and high quality. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the incredible service I received from Aryelle. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Aryelle guided me through different options without ever being pushy and helped me find exactly what I needed for my home. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I’... read more
