I’m absolutely obsessed with our new couch! The entire process was done over the phone and through text, and it was still one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Cathy was incredible!!! She was so helpful, kind, and patient every step of the way. She made everything feel easy and personal, even from a distance. Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with at the Colorado Springs Arhaus location. I was looking at this exact cabinet online but was conflicted over how it would look in person. I am new to Colorado Springs. After going to other local stores, I landed at Arhaus. Cathy and designer, Myah, worked with me to make several selections for our new home. Myah is a talented designer and very familiar with the options in the store. She quickly pulled together a plan and imported photos of our home so we could easily visualize the design.
