We have two pieces of furniture from Arhaus. The first one was a table, and we did not purchase any warranty, and wished we had. The second is a sofa, and we decided to purchase warranty because the sales said the exact words "if anything happens to it, it'll be covered". Last month I noticed this weird line on the back of the couch, and it hasn't gone away. When you purchase furniture for $6500+, you expect it to be flawless. I filed a claim, and it was denied. I’m absolutely obsessed with our new couch! The entire process was done over the phone and through text, and it was still one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Cathy was incredible!!! She was so helpful, kind, and patient every step of the way. She made everything feel easy and personal, even from a distance. Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with at the Colorado Springs Arhaus location. I was looking at this exact cabinet online but was conflicted over how it would look in person. I could not make the trip into the store to see the sample board, so Cathy took great photos and answered all of my questions about the piece. Her responses were informative and her timing was quick. Cathy has went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our new home. She has assisted us in choosing fabrics and pieces as well as finding us the best value.
