We had a fantastic experience with Arhaus. Design consultant Peter Bell helped us reimagine our rooftop deck to make it truly beautiful and multifunctional. Delivery came exactly as scheduled and the delivery team were so careful, professional, and much faster than I expected. They had to carry pieces up through the house and they took the utmost care with the furniture and our home. It was a top notch experience all around and we are very happy with it. We will shop there again.
From initial encounter to delivery of my furniture, I had everything I could ask for! The designer, Rebecca, was very good at choosing fabrics, pillows, area rug, and other pieces to create the living room I was hoping for. I’m absolutely obsessed with our new couch! The entire process was done over the phone and through text, and it was still one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
