I’m absolutely obsessed with our new couch! The entire process was done over the phone and through text, and it was still one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Cathy was incredible!!! She was so helpful, kind, and patient every step of the way. She made everything feel easy and personal, even from a distance. Cathy was absolutely wonderful to work with at the Colorado Springs Arhaus location. I was looking at this exact cabinet online but was conflicted over how it would look in person. I could not make the trip into the store to see the sample board, so Cathy took great photos and answered all of my questions about the piece. Her responses were informative and her timing was quick. Best show room in Colorado Springs! Cathy was very helpful in helping me decide on which dining table would fit well for my house. With so many options to choose from she was very helpful in narrowing my choices down. Even better she was able to price match for me as there was a new sale the following week!
