I’m absolutely obsessed with our new couch! The entire process was done over the phone and through text, and it was still one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I worked with Cathy from Arhaus to make some purchases on my furniture and it was an amazing experience. She was very attentive and their design designer did a great job. She responded to me and was very personable and helped me get the best pricing. I was very happy with this purchase.
We have had such a good experience over the past three years with Arhaus. We have purchased living room, dining room and most recently worked with Shelly at the Colorado Springs store to design our master bedroom for us. Shelly has outstanding customer service, always responds quickly to our texts and phone calls and is so easy to work with. Just a pleasure. Trina in the Colorado Springs store was so helpful patient and a pleasure to work with.
