I always have such a wonderful experience at the Arhaus store in Asheville! The showroom is stunning, but what really made my visit exceptional was Daniel. Daniel goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces for my space — patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything fits my style and needs. His design insight and professionalism made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and personal.
I continue to have an excellent experience shopping at Arhaus. Each time I go in or recommend a client to shop there they come back raving about their experience. The customer service is top notch. They’re knowledgeable about their products and know exactly how to share design recommendations. We have loved working with Daniel and the other designers.
