From the outstanding staff to the design team, especially Taylor and Lizzie, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic shopping experience for quality furniture. The furniture is not only top-notch in durability but also beautifully crafted. I highly recommend visiting this store!
exceptional visit from start to finish. warm and attentive staff members that are genuinely eager to help without being overbearing. the furniture displays were arranged in a way that felt elegant and functional which was helpful for imagining them in my own home. definitely recommend consulting with taylor for a seamless experience!
Absolutely beautiful show room with top notch furniture. I began my basement remodel and was looking for some high end pieces to give my space a cozy/nature/chic feel. The staff was so helpful in assisting me bring my remodel to life. If I could leave 6 stars I would!!!!
The store was beautifully decorated and I was excited to visit and receive the same type of top notch 10/10 customer service I am used to from all of my past Arhaus purchases/ experiences. Unfortunately that is not what I experienced and I was appalled by the service I received. My main goal was to purchase new cushions for my Kipton sectional that I had purchased 4 years ago for the holidays but I was told they weren’t sure if they could do that.
