If you like high quality pieces, one of a kind, created by artists; this is your place. No comparison to other high end vendors. Mariana in Coral Gables is superb. She is a talented designer, always available for her opinion and very responsive. You do not ever feel like they are pushing a sale. Arhaus will continue to be our go to for the most unique, best of design pieces.
I had the most wonderful experience with Arhaus in Coral Gables. Fernanda and Oscar spent so much time with me designing a beautiful layout for my family room, living room and Island kitchen. They and the Manager Mitchell were so friendly and patient and the furniture arrived within the timeframe they predicted which was only 3-4 weeks for most of the items I selected. Raul was phenomenal at helping pick out multiple pieces of furniture for my home. Also post sale service was exceptional. We had an issue with one piece that was delivered and Raul went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of.
I purchased $15,000 worth of furniture from this store. While the pieces look attractive, the quality has been very disappointing. This is especially true for the Finley collection, from which I bought a full bedroom set and a console. I have experienced major defects with the bedroom set—the drawers do not fully self-close.
