We ordered several items at this store and could not be happier with our choice. Fernanda (our design consultant) was very helpful, professional and personable. We changed our mind a couple of times and Fernanda was very patient and accommodating with us. The furniture was ready for delivery within the time frame that we were given originally. Horrible experience. I ordered furniture for 13k back in May. Delivery estimate for mid July. I’ve been emailing the design consultant who placed my order for the past few weeks with no response. I call the store today only to realize he had left the company in early June and that my furniture hasn’t been delivered because no one picked up my order.
