I had a great experience working with Arhaus to find a sleeper sofa for my home. My design consultant, Mariana, was fantastic from start to finish. I'm very indecisive by nature, but Mariana was incredibly patient and helped me feel confident in my decision. She reviewed each fabric with me (in multiple lightings!) and helped me methodically compare each one to figure out what would work best for my home. We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail of the furniture are truly top-notch. Every piece exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our space. The delivery service was exceptional as well. When they say “white glove delivery,” they truly mean it. The team was professional, careful, punctual, and treated our home with great respect throughout the entire process. We also needed to exchange a couple of items, and the process was completel... read more

If you like high quality pieces, one of a kind, created by artists; this is your place. No comparison to other high end vendors. Mariana in Coral Gables is superb. She is a talented designer, always available for her opinion and very responsive. You do not ever feel like they are pushing a sale. Arhaus will continue to be our go to for the most unique, best of design pieces.

I eventually learned to live with this given the hassle of exchanging the items. More recently, within a year of purchasing the console, a metal cap piece detached on its own, despite there being no chi... read more
