I had the most wonderful experience with Arhaus in Coral Gables. Fernanda and Oscar spent so much time with me designing a beautiful layout for my family room, living room and Island kitchen. They and the Manager Mitchell were so friendly and patient and the furniture arrived within the timeframe they predicted which was only 3-4 weeks for most of the items I selected. We ordered several items at this store and could not be happier with our choice. Fernanda (our design consultant) was very helpful, professional and personable. We changed our mind a couple of times and Fernanda was very patient and accommodating with us. The furniture was ready for delivery within the time frame that we were given originally. Raul was phenomenal at helping pick out multiple pieces of furniture for my home. Also post sale service was exceptional. We had an issue with one piece that was delivered and Raul went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of.
Horrible experience. I ordered furniture for 13k back in May. Delivery estimate for mid July. I’ve been emailing the design consultant who placed my order for the past few weeks with no response. I call the store today only to realize he had left the company in early June and that my furniture hasn’t been delivered because no one picked up my order.
