Horrible experience. I ordered furniture for 13k back in May. Delivery estimate for mid July. I’ve been emailing the design consultant who placed my order for the past few weeks with no response. I call the store today only to realize he had left the company in early June and that my furniture hasn’t been delivered because no one picked up my order. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Fernanda Fadel, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond, thinking outside the box to make an order happen that otherwise would have required me to respecify furniture and start from scratch. I have ordered several pieces of furniture from Arhaus and have always been happy with the customer service and the product itself. Our latest piece was taking longer than expected but our sales rep Fernanda went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I highly recommend Arhaus! Beautiful furniture!
I’m so sad about what happened with our dream bedroom set, me and my wife went to Arhaus to look for our dream bedroom and we find it , the Astor we bought it back in November and the delivery was a week later everything was looking great until they told me that the set didn’t bring the hardware and that we have to wait for another set on another day, Well we waited a month and they still haven’t shipped the new set then we call the store and they say we have to keep waiting for about 3 more weeks and we ask if they can do... read more
I’ve had a nightmare experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and don’t invest a penny at their store. After paying 13+k, I totally regret having chosen this company that poses as luxury furniture but operates at standards worse than low budget furniture company.
