I had the most wonderful experience with Arhaus in Coral Gables. Fernanda and Oscar spent so much time with me designing a beautiful layout for my family room, living room and Island kitchen. They and the Manager Mitchell were so friendly and patient and the furniture arrived within the timeframe they predicted which was only 3-4 weeks for most of the items I selected. Fernanda was wonderful to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me choose the perfect fabric and layout for my space. Her guidance made the entire process seamless, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
We ordered several items at this store and could not be happier with our choice. Fernanda (our design consultant) was very helpful, professional and personable. Horrible experience. I ordered furniture for 13k back in May. Delivery estimate for mid July. I’ve been emailing the design consultant who placed my order for the past few weeks with no response. I call the store today only to realize he had left the company in early June and that my furniture hasn’t been delivered because no one picked up my order.
