We had an exceptional experience with our recent home design project, thanks to David Klein and the team. David did an incredible job selecting furniture that fit perfectly, turning our vision into a reality with precision and creativity. We are beyond thrilled with the beautiful, elegant, and comfortable space he created for us. Arhaus has a beautiful showroom and great looking products. We were excited to order a sofa at the end of December 2023. We were told to expect delivery three months later in March. I contacted the store at the beginning of March to coordinate delivery and they said it would be April. This went on month after month. I finally started communicating directly with Arhaus customer service in Ohio. They told me the sofa would be delivered to their warehouse in Ohio sometime in August, but they couldn’t tell me an expected deliver... read more
If you're looking for outstandingly beautiful pieces. This is the place. The perfect marriage between inspiration, beauty and practicality.
We ordered a sofa 5 months ago and have not received it. I just called the online number and was advised we would not receive until August. When I asked about tracking, I was advised they cannot track it for me. This is unacceptable.
What you can expect when shopping at this Arhaus location: - for months you will need to chase the salesperson for a callback, as they never follow through with anything - they will quote you one timeframe then delay that delivery 2+ months - they will flat out lie to you, deny they lied, finally admit to lying, then do nothing about it (we worked with Louis, the assistant store manager) - the bed will not come as described, but after 6 months of waiting and 50 calls unanswered; they'll hope you just forgot.
