We stopped into Arhaus at Fashion Island after lunch, not necessarily planning to buy anything, but more out of curiosity. I’ve seen their magazines around town and always liked their aesthetic, and walking the showroom definitely confirmed that impression. Arhaus is gorgeous and it is pricey. You would expect to get quality and service matching the price. We have a couch and a few decor items. One of the decor items is the aluminum tova tray. It's been around a year, the tray has seen minimum use as display with candles on it that haven't been lit. Recently I moved it and there were bright silver spots on the bronze finish. My recent experience with Ronny at the Arhaus Fashion Island location was not only disappointing, but also shockingly unprofessional. What happened went far beyond a simple mistake — it revealed a complete lack of responsibility, honesty, and respect for customers. We placed an order that was supposed to arrive within one week.
