Arhaus is gorgeous and it is pricey. You would expect to get quality and service matching the price. We have a couch and a few decor items. One of the decor items is the aluminum tova tray. It's been around a year, the tray has seen minimum use as display with candles on it that haven't been lit. Recently I moved it and there were bright silver spots on the bronze finish. My recent experience with Ronny at the Arhaus Fashion Island location was not only disappointing, but also shockingly unprofessional. What happened went far beyond a simple mistake — it revealed a complete lack of responsibility, honesty, and respect for customers. We placed an order that was supposed to arrive within one week. Ordered a sofa plus extra poufs since June 25. Overall quite ok on the delivery for the sofa but to get the extra pieces it's simply a nightmare. Bouncing from the sales to Mgr with various info and to date nobody is capable to provide a reliable information nor having the decency to keep us properly informed. You should seriously reconsider the way you handle your customer service !
