Fabulous new store, beautifully curated and bright. I had been deliberating over the Corey dresser and Finley nightstands, and worked with Aaron to cement my vision. He was patient and thoughtful on guiding me on my selections. So happy to own some gorgeous pieces.
Items keep getting delayed and when my items came, my mattress was incorrect and my desk was damaged. It's been months and my order still isn't complete with timelines getting pushed back further and further. Communication about the status of the order has been really poor.
We spent almost $10,000 at the store.The Floor Staffs were inexperienced, and some were not working instead having a small talk with colleagues while we were around. " Seth " was a horrible manager. He didn't have any ideas where our shipments were, we had to push and almost forced him to give us the update on the phone.
