We purchased a bed frame from Arhaus and waited approximately 10 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, our experience from that point forward was very disappointing. When the bed frame arrived, it had visible dirty marks and stains on it. During the delivery, one of the delivery personnel became argumentative and aggressive when my wife pointed out the issues. My wife and I have been patiently awaiting the opening of the Arhaus Studio at the Avenues in Peachtree City. We have always loved the brand. The quality, uniqueness and options you can find at Arhaus are plainly and simply the next level of design and comfort in fine furniture .
