We lost our home to a devastating fire earlier this year. The rebuild is long and slow. We went into your Peachtree City location just to browse initially. Kentrelle was an amazing associate. His patience and professionalism was exactly what we needed after our loss. He educated on the selection of quality pieces for our home. He went above and beyond and we are most appreciative! We initially wanted a new mattress, then realized we really needed to update our MBR. A bit overwhelmed, we marched into ARHAUS. Mr Kinder came to our rescue. We picked our design style then had a complementary in-home consult to ensure it would look great. The actual delivery was exceptional: three gracious, strong dudes arrived on time and got all pieces situated. We could not possibly be happier!
Corporate and management take no responsibility or ownership at any level. We tried to return a table that was defective and brittle and was told we purchased “as is” and their would be no refund. I asked about a manufacturer warranty and there is not one. I asked about an exchange or store credit and was denied. From store personnel all the way to corporate, people were apathetic, dismissive and often rude. I would never buy from this company again.
