Aaron and Hailey helped me with 2 different homes that I was under strict timing guidelines and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth. I actually live in Tennessee but continuing business with the Oklahoma store because of there customer service!!
We finally got to visit the new Arhaus in Oklahoma City and it was so beautiful. Everything in the store was interesting and unique, and the entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. We got to work with Haley who I highly recommend because she was so knowledgeable and professional while being very easy to talk to. We also got to work with the store manager, Aaron who shared so much about the Arhaus story. We will be spreading the word and we will be back as we continue with our home renovation.
Walking into Arhaus was like stepping into a design dream, every corner of the store is beautifully curated and absolutely gorgeous. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding customer service from Brandon and Aaron. No return call after a couple of inquiries on the status of our order. It’s past the quoted 11 week time frame, and we understand delays, but zero information or return calls. Won’t order from them again.
I have been patiently waiting for the new Arhaus location to open and the experience did not disappoint! The store itself is breathtaking…I was so impressed with the quality of furniture and decor items. It is by far the most beautiful furniture store I’ve ever stepped in to.
