This branch in Pasadena is huge, they have great selection of furnitures from Sectional couches, headboards, dining tables, cabinets and lights. Plus we have met an exceptional lady who works there Sheryl friendly and know her products.
We were replacing furniture after the fire and walked in just “to look” and get ideas. We were met by Kelly who was so friendly, kind and understanding of our situation and truly helped us find what we needed without any pressure. He went above and beyond for our needs and personally followed through from ordering to delivery to make sure all went smoothly. We even received a personal note in the mail wishing us well for recovery and welcoming our new pieces home. I highly recommend his customer service. Thank you Kelly.
