I ordered a flush mount light that took five months to arrive. When I placed the order, I specifically asked why shipping was so expensive ($300). The in-store rep told me it included “white glove” delivery, meaning they would unpack, inspect, and install the fixture. That sounded great, so I went ahead with the purchase. Many great selections to see and they also have custom fabric finish for accent chair and sofa here as well. Inspired by many beautiful pieces here. However, Customer service seem to be slow. No one approach to welcome customers here.
I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with this furniture company and wanted to share for others considering purchasing from them. • Order delays: My first purchase, a large mirror, arrived significantly late. When it finally did, it was missing the required tooling to hang it. The company couldn’t simply ship the missing parts, and instead told me it would take another two months to resolve. workers are terrible please do better. Manager isn’t much better. please learn how to train your employees. Especially the older gentleman with grey hair is absolutely miserable and doesn’t know how to talk to people properly. Learn how to train your employees properly.
