From the very moment we walked into this store, we fell in love with every item. The designs, textures, fabrics and quality, all amazing. We were greeted by Chrissy, who has been exceptional from the minute we met her, very helpful and accommodating. Then again, exceptional customer service from Corinna, who has kept us updated on our order regularly. Love this store, love this team and love Arhaus.
Ordered several pieces of furniture. One of the items (a sofa) arrived damaged. The delivery crew was great, they documented the damage and got distribution on the phone. A new sofa was ordered. A few months later when it was delivered, it was also damaged. Again the delivery crew was great and a replacement was ordered. The 3rd sofa came in and we asked for someone to check the sofa and make sure this one was ok. Never heard back, but every two weeks they call to arrange delivery. Karen & her team at Arhaus in Aspen are the absolute best! They are quick to help in any way from design to delivery and everything in between. We love working with them & highly recommend them all. We are also very pleased with the quality of our purchases & delivery; we will definitely continue to use them for all of our home interior needs.
I used the Aspen services to decorate a room in our home and to add some decorative elements to the rest of the home. I had a very successful experience. Everything looks fabulous and more importantly it was the easiest decorating process I've ever experienced. Budget, delivery dates etc were as promised and decorator even came to my home to manage the install. I'm super happy!!!
This place has really nice furniture and prices are better than RH. Still love RH but this is my first choice. Tiffany and Bae were also super helpful!
