From the very moment we walked into this store, we fell in love with every item. The designs, textures, fabrics and quality, all amazing. We were greeted by Chrissy, who has been exceptional from the minute we met her, very helpful and accommodating. Then again, exceptional customer service from Corinna, who has kept us updated on our order regularly. Love this store, love this team and love Arhaus.
Ordered several pieces of furniture. One of the items (a sofa) arrived damaged. The delivery crew was great, they documented the damage and got distribution on the phone. A new sofa was ordered. A few months later when it was delivered, it was also damaged. Again the delivery crew was great and a replacement was ordered. The 3rd sofa came in and we asked for someone to check the sofa and make sure this one was ok. Never heard back, but every two weeks they call to arrange delivery. I wanted new furniture after a remodle and after much research I was so happy with Arhaus. I worked with Tiffany Haddad in the Aspen Location and she made the whole process so easy. She came to my house and measured the room and then assembled a look with furniture, fabric and rug choices. I am thrilled with the choices and have referred friends to her. The quality of the furniture and customer service are excellent. Thank you Arhaus for making the decisions so easy.
Karen Sabo has been extremely knowlegeable and helpful. As a designer, she has visited our house several times to help us choose furniture and decor. Her advice has been excellent. We have gotten to be friends and she understands what kind of lifestyle furnishings we are looking for. We highly recommend Karen!
I used the Aspen services to decorate a room in our home and to add some decorative elements to the rest of the home. I had a very successful experience. Everything looks fabulous and more importantly it was the easiest decorating process I've ever experienced. Budget, delivery dates etc were as promised and decorator even came to my home to manage the install. I'm super happy!!!
