Loved the experience of shopping here. The store decor is amazing and very much themed around deer valley and mountain living. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating.
I had such an amazing experience at Arhaus Park City. I found a table that I loved but needed time to think about it. Thomas was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond communicating with me and helping me with measurements and design. He was also so patient as it took quite some time for me to be able to get the table. I also absolutely love my table and chairs. Incredible quality and design. I will be a customer for life!
Boris was the best! He spent a whole afternoon with me showing me different furniture pieces and picking out fabrics. He taught me about lines, and putting the same lines together to create a cohesive design. The quality at Arhaus is top notch. I’m confident my house will look amazing! I will definitely buy future pieces from Arhaus, and would highly recommend Boris to anyone.
I am not sure if the purpose of this store is to sell something or to completely repel any possible customer that has the bad fortune to enter. We have visited three times now and each time the staff completely ignores everyone. If one does try to get some assistance, the young ladies intently stare at their computers until they reluctantly ask what you want. This is clearly a top down management problem that I encourage Arhaus to remedy! Basic customer service training would go a long way!
We recently moved into our home where we decided to start from scratch on a whole new design, unfortunately we worked with a couple different designers and ended up wasting so much time and money on items that didn’t work. Finally in November 2023 we decided to check out Arhaus in Park City. I was immediately impressed with the beautiful aesthetics of the showroom.
