I would give more stars if I could. We worked with Kenna and she was great! Kenna went above and beyond to help us furnish our new home. Everything from ordering to delivery has been top notch. Communication has been exceptional. Definitely ask for Kenna!!
I will continue to use THIS location in the future! The staff here was highly organize AND knowledgeable concerning product and purchasing promotional information. They were very professional. My fiancé and I purchased a few dining chairs from Arhaus in Huntersville and had an excellent experience. Valerie was fantastic to work with—she was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. We’ve always been fans of Arhaus furniture, but after this visit, we’ll definitely be choosing the Huntersville location for all future purchases.
