This place is wonderful! It’s an outlet of slightly damaged goods but most are still good quality. They are on still on the pricy side but original and non damaged are insane so it’s still a great place. Once in a while you can also find just great deals overall. Also I think the reviews here are unfair to most of the workers. Do you sometimes have to ask for help, yes but once you do they are super nice and helpful.
You have to be super careful and go over everything thoroughly. The vast majority of items in there are damaged, so it has to be a compromise between what you’re willing to accept for the price. The pricing on some items makes no sense. The store compares the money off to the full retail price. Arhaus proper rarely ever sells items at the full retail price. So it’s barely any money off, plus damaged, plus no return policy. And a lack of customer service as well. You can find some gems but be very, very careful.
Rarely does a retail experience wow me. I was truly impressed by Jeanine’s charisma and knowledge of Arhaus products. I’ve been going between Arhaus in Troy and the arhaus outlet mall for almost a year to furnish a house I recently purchased and was plagued by indecisions. Jeanine helped me make some solid decisions and I’m super appreciative for all the help. I love love love the final product! Used the bathroom nearby behind the Forever 21 shop. Never set foot inside Arhaus. Not in the season or mood for buying furniture right now.
Worst place to buy a couch you can't return it all sales are final. Buyers beware I don't recommend it you can't get a refund even if you don't pick up the product
