They are not like regular outlets, Be careful — they are selling second-hand items. I bought a soft item and it came covered with massive white pet hairs. They are not like regular outlets. I have been to the OH and now closed IL Loft locations, I have to say this is the best location to date! The store is well organized and stocked! The staff are so friendly and helpful that it makes a world of difference! The guys that pack up your pieces do so with great care, in contrast to my experiences at the OH location. Rarely does a retail experience wow me. I was truly impressed by Jeanine’s charisma and knowledge of Arhaus products. I’ve been going between Arhaus in Troy and the arhaus outlet mall for almost a year to furnish a house I recently purchased and was plagued by indecisions. Jeanine helped me make some solid decisions and I’m super appreciative for all the help. I love love love the final product! Pros. Customer service is great. Large variety of furniture. Entry is close to the parking lot so you don’t have to navigate through the outlet mall to get there. Cons. I know it’s an outlet store but the furniture all looks used, abused and second hand. Most of the items look so worn I wouldn’t have them in my place. This has not been my experience at other high end outlets like RH and CB. Have been here a few times and always walked out empty handed.

You have to be super careful and go over everything thoroughly. The vast majority of items in there are damaged, so it has to be a compromise between what you’re willing to accept for the price. The pricing on some items makes no sense. The store compares the money off to the full retail price. Arhaus proper rarely ever sells items at the full retail price. So it’s barely any money off, plus damaged, plus no return policy. And a lack of customer service as well. You can find some gems but be very, very careful.
