Do NOT ever buy from here they will lie to you just to get a sale. I worked with Kelli on a light fixture that cost over $2000. She said, although they couldn’t plug it in to test it that they validate that their lights even with an issue can all be fixed with a licensed electrician so we purchased a light chandelier the solitaire 60 inch for $2233 I took it to three electricians and a light fixture specialist, who all advised that this light isn’t repairable at all, even after changing the parts and all the wiring . Not for everyone, but if you understand what the Arhaus Loft is, it can be a fun treasure hunt. Just know what you’re getting yourself into: final sale, and if you’re chasing showroom-level perfection, you’re better off at the main store. I’ll be real: I’ve grabbed a couple things on impulse I've regretted, but I’ve also scored Arhaus pieces I wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise. I'm happy!!!! I picked up a couple stools for my parents here. The people inside were very nice and quick to help. They gave me easy directions to the loading dock where they wrapped up the stools and loaded them into my car for me. The two men who loaded the stools were very professional.
“This isn’t a place to hang out, I’m going to have to ask you to leave”. Went in for my mother who’s on a buisness trip. Was trying couches with my sibling, her friend, and my own friend. Maybe it’s because I’m on the younger side (24) but they lost someone willing to buy from them.
Less than one month after a dinning table purchase, this crack started showing and spreading. Here is the store response: "You need to put some paste wax on the table. It’s too dry. That might help the crack. If not, you’ll have to glue it and clamp it. Someone that works on wood furniture should be able to help." LOL 🤣. I thought it was ridiculous. I guess it is what it is. Just be careful peeps. You could be throwing money down the drain.
