I picked up a couple stools for my parents here. The people inside were very nice and quick to help. They gave me easy directions to the loading dock where they wrapped up the stools and loaded them into my car for me. The two men who loaded the stools were very professional.

Less than one month after a dinning table purchase, this crack started showing and spreading. Here is the store response: "You need to put some paste wax on the table. It’s too dry. That might help the crack. If not, you’ll have to glue it and clamp it. Someone that works on wood furniture should be able to help." LOL 🤣. I thought it was ridiculous. I guess it is what it is. Just be careful peeps. You could be throwing money down the drain.

This store is absolutely AMAZING! Kelli and Kelsey are the absolute best and beyond helpful. I have found so many great pieces because of Kelli and couldn’t recommend this store more…thank you Arhaus for all of your help in decorating my home.

There are a lot of pretentious "high end" furniture stores out there but I can say Arhaus deliveres quality and so far, their customer service has been excellent. This holds true for their outlet as well. Store Manager Kelsey gets credit for that! The Loft (located inside the mall) is an outlet where you have a good chance of finding your sought-after pieces at discounted prices. They also have seasonal sales across the store. Came in here to purchase a desk, walked out frustrated and irritated with the manager who was rude and disrespectful. Needs to get off her high horse and check her ego.
