I picked up a couple stools for my parents here. The people inside were very nice and quick to help. They gave me easy directions to the loading dock where they wrapped up the stools and loaded them into my car for me. The two men who loaded the stools were very professional.

There are a lot of pretentious "high end" furniture stores out there but I can say Arhaus deliveres quality and so far, their customer service has been excellent. This holds true for their outlet as well. Store Manager Kelsey gets credit for that! The Loft (located inside the mall) is an outlet where you have a good chance of finding your sought-after pieces at discounted prices. They also have seasonal sales across the store. This place is a gem! I love Arhaus but can’t justify the price. This outlet makes it reasonable and they have the exact same things as the regular store for half the price. Their stuff doesn’t have the damages that Pottery Barn Outlet does. Wish I had found it sooner.
⸻ Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Not a single associate greeted me, everyone was sitting around, uninterested and unhelpful. One woman, who appeared to be a manager, was sitting and gossiping on her phone when my baby stroller lightly tapped the bottom of a table.
