Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. After confirming over the phone with several employees that I would be driving in from out of state (5.5 hrs) that they would be able to help load the furniture into my vehicle, they declined to provide ANY support whatsoever once I arrived at the store. I spoke with the Arhaus Loft team several times over a span of 3 days and no one once said there would be no help from their end. Brandon was exceptional. He knew exactly what we wanted and guided us accordingly. Also, very professional and gave great recommendations on how to maintain/style furniture. Highly recommend.
