Unfortunately the quality and friendly vibes of this store has been depleted over a VERY SHORT time... Shawn looks like a first time general manager that does not know the ropes of being any type of quality manager. Prices are great if you do not mind actual high quality items. The loft is a great place for a low budget, low quality renovation.
