This was my first experience with Arhaus Loft. And I have nothing but 5 stars ( exceptional) for The young sales person ( Gio). He was not only very knowledgeable about all the stores products, he was aLeo exception in his personal skills…. Gio maintained great eye contact, and was very kind, and patient with all my questions and needs . He went above and beyond in excellent customer service!
