I don't post reviews all the time, but this place deserves it. The selection is excellent, the staff are so helpful. Just overall a very very pleasant experience. Also the way they pack and wrap the furniture is some of the finest I've ever seen having done many moves. Thank you Kelly and Arhaus Loft!!!
When we walked in, we were immediately met and helped by Gio, who showed us around the store and even gave us a measuring tape for our convenience. He chatted with us and then gave us space to let us look around on our own, which was wonderful. When we found what we were looking for, Gio and Kelly helped us with everything from then on out. I was super impressed by the quality and selection of items in the store. Every time I’ve visited the staff was amazing - thank you Roxy and Sofia for being so helpful and kind! When I bought my pieces, Wes and his team were super careful loading the pieces and even came out to my house personally when I had a hiccup putting the table base and top back together. Incredible customer service all around, highly recommend!
