Arhaus sells pricey, high end furniture. The Loft is their outlet store, where you can find some great stuff for relatively bargain prices. Think scratch and dent, customer returns, etc. that Arhaus can't sell as new. I got a beautiful media cabinet with some interior damage for a fraction of the retail price. The people working there are nice and very helpful, but delivery options are limited, and you're SOL if something you bought isn't to your liking or doesn't fit when you get it home. Note: this review is specifically for two recent visits in which we have encountered issues. All other visits (and staff) are 5 stars! I’ve been a customer of this store since the month it opened - visiting about 6 times since and have spent tens of thousands here. Most visits have been met with warmth, care, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. If you’re wondering if this place is “worth it”- it is. I worked with Sophia to purchase a sofa I found in the retail store for 77% off the retail price and the quality is unmatched. Sophia and the store manager both provided phenomenal customer service and assisted with coordinating delivery an hour and a half away. Already looking forward to my next find!

When we walked in, we were immediately met and helped by Gio, who showed us around the store and even gave us a measuring tape for our convenience. He chatted with us and then gave us space to let us look around on our own, which was wonderful. When we found what we were looking for, Gio and Kelly helped us with everything from then on out.
